National Braai Day (National Barbqueue Day)
Spring is here, its finally getting warmer, and Saturday is South African National Braai Day. So, pull out the braai tongs, go and buy some chops, some wors and a bottle of Tassies and get braaing!
(Translation: pull out the tongs, get some chops, sausage and a bottle of wine and haul out the Barbqueue!)
If you are up North, join in the fun before it gets too cold! To put you in the mood, here are some pics from last year. Of course, with our new indoor braai it is far more hi-tec, and it also means that we can braai anytime of the year, regardless of the weather!
Perhaps we need to create a themed blog event around best braai and barbqueue recipes. What do you think?
