Three Orchids to Securipower

Share

On Monday Last week (with the first of many power-cuts), I had to manually open my garage door. It’s usually a simple process of releasing a catch to disengage the motor, allowing for the door to open free.

However, on this occasion, the cable in the door overwound off its pulley, rendering the door stuck open. It was clearly going nowhere fast!

I phoned Securipower (who supplied but did not install) the door, and asked for a technician to come and fix the door. I phoned at about 8:30am, he arrived at about 9:30am. 45 minutes later he had fixed everything, and the door is now working perfectly (its actually much smoother than it ever was in the past).

So, Securipower, three orchids to you for your fast and efficient service. May the other suppliers learn from you.

(they can be contacted on 021-447-1295)

Update: a bonus orchid to Securipower – I have just realised that in addition to fixing the door, they also reglued the rubber seal at the bottom of the door which was a bit loose – without being asked. They definitely pay attention to detail.
