Today is my sister’s Sally’s birthday, so Happy Birthday Sally! We had lunch with the family at my parent’s house. My mom cooked the most amazing leg of lamb – it was so soft and tender – very much like a Greek Lamb Shank.

Looking at the pics – I wonder weather it was Sally’s or her daughter Megan’s birthday. Megan was having so much fun, and was even expecting Sally to have a jumping castle!

Even though it was Sally’s birthday, I seem to have ended up with an espresso machine that my mother never uses. I am not sure how that happened, but I was not one to complain – thanks mom!
