Notes from the Cape

For those of you who download a lot of programmes, here is a really good program. It is called "Free Download Manager", and that is exactly what it is.

It has some great features:

• You can select what files you wish to download, and when you wish to download them.
• You can schedule as many files as you wish, and it will download any number at a time, depending on your bandwidth.
• If the download crashed, or you need to switch off your pc, it will simply resume the download when you next launch the program.
• You can tell it how aggressive to be when using your bandwidth, so if you wish to use Internet applications, you can tell it to use less bandwidth, or to max your bandwidth when you are not using it.

It is genuinely free, there is no spy wear, and there are no features that can only be accessed by buying an advanced version.
