They regularly accost shoppers to "answer a few questions" and then phone them to say that they have won something. THEY should have been more forthcoming and told Edwards that he was firstly a finalist, and secondly that he would have to attend a presentation prior to the lucky draw. These types of marketers give regular market researchers (such as my mom in law) a bad name and make it much more difficult to get people to respond due to suspicion that it is in fact time-share when it's not.
