Day 111: Get fit!
Today is World Health day, and Discovery Health (on our our big health insurance companies) are celebrating by encouraging us to eat health and get fit, so why not head off to the gym for some exercise at lunch time.
They also have a partnership with Virgin Active for really cheap membership fees.
