Day 176: Padded Cell
I am not really sure what to make of this “Weight Watcher in Padded Cell”, taken at the Old Edwardian club Johannesburg
Day 175: Snow in Franschoek

Day 175: Snow in Franschoek, originally uploaded by Craig is shooting.
It almost never snows in Cape Town, and when it does the snow usually melts in a few hours. However, for the last few days it has been freezing cold, and very clear days
Here is a shot of the show on the top of the mountains above Franshoek, just outside of Cape Town. It has monthly melted already, but for Cape Town it is still quite thick.
I just managed to catch it on a flight to Johannesburg, lucky I had my camera bag on the floor in front of me.
Fisherman in Kalk Bay
This was an interesting person. He told me that he is from Pittsburgh, USA, but he has been loving in South Africa for many years. I bet he has an interesting story to tell, perhaps I will go back and listen to it.
Day 174: Accordion

Day 174: Accordion, originally uploaded by Craig is shooting.
My Friend Eric is a fantastic accordion player. This is a picture of his very small baby accordion in Anya’s pottery studio. The studio is also the home of a wonderful Dover stove (on the left), which makes this room the warmest room in Cape Town in winter, and a great place to spend a winter’s evening. Thanks Anja for the studio time.
By the way, Anja takes some great pics herself, check them out here.
