I saw this girl grazing on the pavement in Clearmont. According to her caption, she is part of an organisation called World for all.

Anything that helps our world to move forward to a better place gets my vote.

Today is World Health day, and Discovery Health (on our our big health insurance companies) are celebrating by encouraging us to eat health and get fit, so why not head off to the gym for some exercise at lunch time.

I was driving home, when I saw a huge fire in some open land. The fire
trucks were there, and although devastating to the grass, a great photo
opportunity.

It is sad that 20 years to the day after FW de Klerk announced that
the unbanning of the ANC, the release of Nelson Mandela and the
dismantling of Apartheid, so many South Africans still live like this.
