Surfer’s Corner – Muizenberg Beach
Surfer’S Corner – Muizenberg Beach, originally uploaded by Craig is shooting.
A 3 second exposure of Muizenberg beach just before sunset. This was my first experiment with a long exposure of the sea; but I think that it came out ok.
Here is another slow-release shot in Muizenberg; you can just make out the village on the left. I live the fantasy-like almost magical effect this type of picture gives.

A cotton-wool cloud sunrise; taken on the way to work one morning.
Waterfall behind Kalk Bay

We had quite a lot of rain on Saturda. which made the waterfalls on the mountain really full today. This is a 1.3 second exposure of one of the waterfalls on Boyes Drive, behind Kalk Bay.

Day 132: It’s raining
Day132: It’s raining, originally uploaded by Craig is shooting.
Winter have arrived in full force in Cape Town. This shot was taken of the rain falling on my front veranda (or stoep as we call it in South Africa), I was trying to catch the raindrops bouncing against the paving.
Day 131: Reflection
Day 131: Reflection, originally uploaded by Craig is shooting.
Some fence poles reflecting in a puddle after a rainstorm in Cape Town. Not the most inspiring pic, but the quite after the storm feel gives me a peaceful and relaxed feeling.
