Two of my nieces playing with two of my dogs. So in a sense they are all
cousins playing. They spent about an hour chasing a small rugby ball around
the garden. The bigger dog is Eccles (lab/retriever cross), and the smaller
one is Emily, a 5 month old golden retriever.
She is practising hard to enter the 2010 world soccer contest. We have high hopes that with her in the team we have a fighting chance to win the competition to be the world champs.
Go Emily!
Score a goal, and if you don’t manage to do that, you can just eat the ball.
If we don’t win at the soccer, we can always enter the tug of war contest instead.
It is hard work being so cute.

Emily is so quiet, she has a cat’s bell on her collar for the time being.
I would like to introduce to the new addition to our family. Emily was born 6 weeks ago, and she will be coming over to join us in about 2 more weeks. In the mean time, here is a picture of her. She is a little baby Golden Retriever.
